Cancellation Guidelines
To cancel a registration or substitute a delegate, please send an email to madawenigroup@caribsurf.com and include "Conference Cancellation" in the subject line. For substitution, include Conference substitution in the subject line and email to the above email no later than September 30th, 2011. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from each cancelled registration. No exceptions. Substitutions are allowed. Please send the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to Madaweni Show by September 30th, 2011. You may email those requests to Substitutions can also be made on-site at the conference registration desk with proof of payment for an original registrant.
