James Bynoe

As a proud native of Barbados, James Austin Bynoe provides BCF leadership and innovation in Cyber Security Support Services, Strategy and Business Development for the U.S and Caribbean regions. In his role, James is be responsible for developing strategy and managing account teams as they identify, evaluate, qualify and pursue new opportunities in Cyber security. He is a federal and commercial internationally recognized expertise in Cyber Security best practices and with the implementation of NIST\FISMA based standards and guidance. James was the former IT security Architect who played a leading role in taking the U.S Environmental Protection Agency from an overall cyber security compliance rating of (D) to a sustained (A). James has also served as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant for many United States government organizations to include the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Currently he has been a key contributor to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the national next generation earth-orbiting joint polar satellite system. James’s track record and diverse background in cyber security had been a strong addition to BCF’s efforts to grow cyber business internationally. He has also received numerous awards for Cyber Security Technology Innovation (Global Award), and Cyber Security Program Development, Management and Support. James is also a requested guest speaker on a range of Cyber Security topics. James Austin Bynoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology for the acclaimed Old Dominion University School of Electrical Engineer Technology, and served honorably in the United Stated Navy on numerous global deployments. As Senior Vice President of Cyber Security, James provides the strategic edge and guidance needed to catapult BCF to the forefront of cyber security support services from BCF’s Washington D.C office.
